Let’s discuss how to best approach your next project?

  • Comprehensive Defit Solutions

    Pictured above
A once old & claustrophobic warehouse in Brunswick, by working with the owner (Stuart) we were able to breath new life into this building by removing an entire mezzanine floor, taking out numerous walls, and completely opening up the area, so it was not only much lighter space in the end, but was also now forklift accessible & ready to lease

  • 'End Lease' Solutions

    Pictured above
One of our go-to electrical sub contractors, Alex from Omnilec, attending to the safe removal of an exterior facing sign during the execution phase of our End Lease process.

  • 'Make Safe' Solutions

    Pictured above
GMC was enlisted to ‘make safe’ this burnt out tenancy in Caulfield & transform it back into a safe working area so insurance works could be completed in a timely manner.

As far as bad smells go, this one definitely takes the cake! Regardless, we were happy to clean it up & make it a safe working area once again.

  • Logistical Solutions

    Pictured above
Some of our team members (Matt, Zac & Larissa) in late 2024, moving discontinued fixings from a retail space throughout the shopping centre via the shortest route to the loading bay. Some items were destined for safe transport to a nearby warehouse, where they would be sent out to their next tenancy, while others were no longer required in the next retail space.

Fear not – these ‘unwanted’ items eventually found homes at schools, residences, & local businesses throughout greater Melbourne, as GMC aims to keep as much viable furniture & equipment out of landfill as possible.

DAN MURPHY’S VICTORIAN ESL ROLLOUT

In partnership with MWT, GMC spear-headed the Victorian leg of the nationwide rollout of electronic display tags throughout 2023/24.
The installation of these electronic shelf labels – also known as ESL’s – allowed the digital updating of information that is displayed on the tags from a centralised hub, reducing countless hours of tedious work each week & drastically reducing the amount of paper & ink printed.

GMC’s visited over 80 stores, placed more than 500,000 ESL’s, and left behind a long trail of praise from both Dan Murphy’s management & in-store managers alike.

This project proved to be a huge success for the GMC team – one that we look back proudly on & smile.

”They’ve been bloody great; out of the way when we need them to be but very much there to help when we need – all friendly faces, they’ve been fantastic!”
- Millie
Store Manager
Endeavour Hills

”The A-team”
- Adam Bradley
Dan Murphy’s State Format Manager

”Seamless. Cohesive.
Excellent communication.
I’m really happy with how this rollout went.”
